So Fry had gained a little weight before we put him on the special food for cats in need of a sensitive diet. He didn't really like the first special food we had him on and we know his bowels don't like it at all! He is having liquid diarrhea. I'm saying NO solid poop at all, a runny butt.
Since this new food he has been losing weight again. Now we are trying a different blend of this brand. He likes it a lot more! It's too soon to tell if his poop is more solidified. All we want him to do is poop regularly and gain weight. I'm tired of petting each vertebra and feeling his pointy hip bones and sharp shoulder blades.
He continues to act normal, but there are some times when he just doesn't seem to be feeling 100%. It's not anything for anyone to be concerned about, I can just tell that sometime he just doesn't feel very good.

Tell your cat to just get better and stop making you worry so much (that'll work right?!)
